The project includes removal and replacement of the failed culvert, located between North and South Twin Lakes in Stillwater Township, to better manage storm water in the area, according to a statement released by the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Motorists will encounter a two-week full closure of the roadway at the project area on the north end of South Twin Lake.

During the closure, traffic will follow a signed detour on Manning Avenue North, 75th Street North and Stonebridge Trail North.

Work will be completed by early November, weather permitting, according to MnDOT.
