Shakopee-based Canterbury Park Holding Corp., parent company of Canterbury Park Racetrack and Card Casino, announced that Maureen Bausch and John Himle have been added to its board of directors, effective Oct. 3, and that Randy Sampson, Canterbury Park’s president and CEO since 1994, has been appointed executive chairman; Bausch is a partner in retail consultant Bold North Associates and served from December 2014 until February 2018 as CEO of the Super Bowl Host Committee in connection with the Feb. 4, 2018, Super Bowl LII held in Minneapolis; Himle is CEO of Himle LLC, a Minnetonka-based consultancy serving not-for-profit entities.
