Model Railroad Museum preparing for weekly holiday events

The Twin City Model Railroad Museum will be holding holiday-themed events every Saturday beginning Oct. 31 and lasting through Feb. 27, 2021.

The annual Night Trains event will be held each week from 3 to 7 p.m. at the museum located on 668 Transfer Road, Suite 8 in St. Paul.

The kickoff event will be on Halloween and will feature themed decorations and treats. Costumes are welcomed.

Every Saturday after the kickoff will feature holiday and winter-themed decorations including Christmas lights and town scenes covered by a blizzard.

Advance tickets cost $15 and are free for children four and younger. The museum is selling advance tickets in order to maintain a capacity limit of 75 people.

Each ticket will reserve a two-hour block for visitors from either 3 to 5 p.m. or 5 to 7 p.m.
