In South Dakota, 5 COVID-19 deaths, 446 new cases reported

There have been an additional 446 COVID-19 cases in South Dakota, state health officials reported. Active cases climbed to 7,927, up 133 from Friday and doubling since the end of August. New cases continue to outpace recoveries, indicating the renewed COVID-19 surge hasn't peaked.
